PLEASE STOP RUNNING THE AC ON THE BUSSES MARCH - APRIL!! Why y'all always put the AC on in March?. I'm freezing my behind off on this bus just to get off and freeze some more outside because it's only 40 degrees. Y'all don't need Air or Heat from March to May. Stop it.

Nasty drivers. I called to report a driver who drove past me and my toddler in the cold and waved at us which was hard to understand for us. My toddler was confused by the waving. I shrugged. Calling PRT was the WORST decision. The lady was unbelievably rude, got loud, called me a liar, told me I was wrong and refused to speak further to me. I was shocked. It left my daughter and I straight up left in the cold for a half hour.. I am in TEARS WRITING THIS! Why this behavior? For $40/hr?? I can be kind for free...

I usually have great experiences on public transportation. some drivers just wanna do their job and go home, some drivers make time for conversation, but its never something unusual if they dont want to talk. I always feel relatively safe as a teenage girl and the buses are kept cleaner than youd expect when riding public transit. Although, today, I had one of the most frustrating experiences. The 28X bus was scheduled for 5:43 PM. I was crossing the bus way at 5:39 PM, the 28X bus was coming, so I waved it down and tried to get her attention to stop. We made eye contact and she acknowledged me, but she did not slow down. She drove right past me. I had to return home because of this and missed an event. A bus 4 minutes early couldnt even accommodate for me. Easily the most frustrating experience ever regarding public transit.
