Our builder uses Guardian to wire for internet in the new homes. Our builder includes 3 wires but we told 3 outlets by the Guardian rep. We sent a plan to the rep with 3 outlets (only 2 wires). They ignored our plan and installed wires and outlets as they would typically do (which, incidentally, requires the use of their equipment). Guardian refused to rewire to our plan but did add a wire as a work around. After an exchange of emails, we were not charged. However, the wiring is not to our specifications and makes our system more complicated. The rep was cordial on the phone and in emails.

Experienced a great customer service experience from guardian! From the person who answered the phone when I returned their call, to the supervisor, Rose, they were all very helpful, kind and thoughtful to my husband and I!
