Worst, understaffed business ever!! The employees are great people, but have zero training from us cellular!! There's usually an hr wait, to get absolutely no progress when there's an actual problem. There are cheaper cell providers but I chose to go thru an authorized agent, expecting better customer service, but that's a thing of the past!!! I am dumping us cellular!!!
So, I've tried to contact them by email, since going to their understaffed office is out of the question, cause I don't have all day to give up, and I've left there every time, without any real solution to my problems, I had to resort to contacting the corporate office to receive any response and assistance! My rating will stand at a 1 star!!! They deserve less than that!!! This owner should be ASHAMED of this location!!!
