Today, I met with Mark Joseph who works for Binsky. Mark did an outstanding job educating me about what needed to be done for a house in my familys possession. He was professional, affable, knowledgeable, and punctual. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to my family. Mark did an excellent job!

Deeply disappointment and concerned with the ethics of this company. As customers, we place our trust in well-known HVAC companies like yours, expecting fair treatment and honest service.
Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced the opposite on our recent service visit when our AC compressor started making funky sounds. Not only did we feel taken advantage of through blatant price gouging, but we were also provided with incorrect information to pressure us into unnecessary expenses. Thank God I called a rival (smaller) HVAC company who was more honest and literally provided me proof (see photo) that our coolant was in adequate range. Binsky was telling me I had a leak, I needed to replace the entire unit because it was old etc. There is no integrity in this company. They will try to give you stories, anything to get you to meet with the sales team.
As customers, we deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment. We were left feeling deceived and disheartened - we will NEVER use Binsky for anything going forward, and I strongly urge fellow home owners to seek other companies. SCAM ARTISTS. Oh and by the way, the technician took it upon himself to open my water heater pressure relief valve and then claimed that we had a leak...

If I could give the company zero stars I would. We called Binsky to service our HVAC system and someone came in to do some work. By the next day my HVAC system stopped working. We called them again and they came the next morning. The technician said there was a leak. We didn't have a leak before he came and all of a sudden there is a leak. He argued our system was old and it was a hot day hence the reason why we have the leak. The HVAC has been functional for many years before Binsky stepped on the scene. We were asked us to pay extra to get it fixed and they would't take ownership for their error. This is very disappointing. You go to a company for quality and professionalism and all you get is incompetence. Spoke to the service manager and he wasn't exactly helpful :(
