Very well maintained, good signage, great roads and plenty of room. Friendly and helpful staff in the office and on the hill.

My husband and I have spoken with representatives at least once a week for the past 3 weeks now regarding our bill and dumpster pickup. We have paid a total of $268.18 between March 1st, 2021 and now. We were supposed to have a courtesy pickup yesterday and nobody came. I spoke with someone about it and we were scheduled for a courtesy pickup today. Still, nobody has been here to dump our trash. Part of the problem is the driver reports that he picked our trash up and has actually not been here. This is a recurring issue. Why am I paying for biweekly pickup if I am not receiving "biweekly" pickup?? Customer service and field drivers need more communication.
