      image Sales representative did not help me with my request. He seen bother every time I asked him a question. He also left to the back for over ten minutes. Due to that, I left the store and visited the Verizon store at the Montebello Mall where I was treated well ( lost for this store, I ended up spending $700 + on upgrades). Will not be coming back to this store.
