One of the springs on our garage door broke over a weekend. I called and left a message, and I received a call back from the owner, Joe, within 15 minutes. After speaking with him, I had the definite impression that I was dealing with a responsible company. I scheduled an appointment, and Dennis showed up at our Reynoldsburg residence when promised. It was obviously not Dennis' first rodeo. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and he was very informative and a very nice guy to speak with. He promptly replaced both springs and made some other adjustments to the door mechanism at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. Based upon my experience, I would highly recommend this company.
