Called on a Thursday and they got me in the next day! Even got me in earlier than my appointment! My tooth could not be saved so it had to be pulled but everyone was so helpful and nice! Dr Smith did an excellent job! I will be going back soon! Thank you all! You saved me from a weekend of a painful toothache!

Absolutely sickening I went in with a SMALL chip on front tooth, and instead of bonding, I was talked into a crown. If that wasn't bad enough, he proceeded to mutilate my gums to jam in some generic junk crown that he probably had laying around since the 90's. No impressions for a good seal, and no lab work to create a proper fitting crown. He absolutely BUTCHERED the interdental papilla, and created a huge hole in between the crown and neighboring tooth. The gum above is swollen, red and inflamed, and the crown has caused gum recession all along it's black margin....DISGUSTING. This is the type of dentistry you would expect to receive in a 3rd world country. My smile is ruined for the rest of my life, I haven't smiled in years, afraid to show this grotesque disfigurement to anyone. I rarely leave my house, and I am almost brought to tears whenever I look in the mirror. Sensitivity in the tooth and tender, swollen gum is now a part of my life. This was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY and could have been fixed with simple bonding, which he was too incompetent and greedy to offer. You would be horrified if I uploaded an image of this mutilation. This will cost thousands of dollars to half way fix, with gum reconstructive surgery and the tooth will eventually need a root canal, new crown, and most likely lead to an implant. THIS DAMAGE CAN NEVER BE REVERSED, and I pray no one else falls victim to dental malpractice. Don't wait untill something like this is pushed on you before you realize your dentist is an unethical moron. Total disregard for the patients best interest, I LEFT HIS OFFICE WITH WAY MORE DAMAGE THAN I WENT IN WITH, and will undoubtedly have many future problems stemming from this. There is no excuse for this treatment, as he had been a licensed dentist longer than I have been alive. Realizing that you have been taken advantage of by someone who was supposed to look out for you is so sickening. When profit is more important than the patient, you do not belong in the dental profession. You do not deserve the license, or the professional designation, and above all, you do not deserve the trust of your patients. You are neither responsible enough nor skilled enough to make the kind of decisions that will affect their health and wellbeing for the rest of their lives. A disgrace to the dental profession and a disgrace to the community that you are supposed to serve. To knowingly perform a procedure that is unnecessary and will likely lead to further problem for the patient is the epitome of evil. Zero integrity, unnecessary procedure, sub par work, sub par material, Outdated technique...Why are you in dentistry exactly?
