I rented a car here because I was having my car painted. I return the car without any issues, and the employee gave me a ride back to my car. Two days later I received a phone call for the manager telling me that I had caused damage to the vehicle. He said that since I returned the car it had not left the parking lot and therefore I was responsible for the damage. I tried telling the manager that his employee had checked out the car and verified there was no damage. He couldn't care less what I had to say, he just get repeating that I was responsible for the damage. He rold me that there were cameras in the parking lot and he can verify that the car had not left the parking lot since I dropped it off. I finally convinced him to check his cameras and he would see that his employee gave me a ride in the car so it was not in the parking lot since I dropped it off. After much discussion he finally agreed to check his cameras. Afterwards he called me back and told me that I was correct that the car had left the parking lot. I was really surprised at the whole ordeal. I would think that before he's going to call somebody and accuse them of causing damage to his vehicle that he should have checked the cameras first. I will never rent a car from this location again

The car we got was clean, mechanically sound and checked all the boxes we needed for a trip to Sedona. We had a fantastic experience while working with Bailey. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and made it the easiest rental experience I have ever had. She even set us up with a ride back to our resort. Thanks for taking out the headaches that can sometimes be associated with renting a car!

I had a major car accident a couple weeks ago, and I was at a loss. Enterprise helped me the best that they could and were able to get me another rental car almost exactly like my original car. After some annoying events that happened with the rental car, throughout it all, Jordan helped me an absolute ton and let me know all of the information he was finding for me and he told me about everything going on. At the end of the day he got me into another rental car. They did not stop, they kept pushing and allowed me to keep my job. WAKE UP AND RENT HERE NOW!!!!!!! ITS ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE!
