I took my 85 year old father to his appointment and felt like the Dr had a serious lack of concern for my fathers well-being. He spoke in a very condescending manor to us both. His bedside manor was terrible. He clearly works for the VA because he could not get a job elsewhere. I’m sorry that I feel that way but it’s true. We wasted 4 hours out of our day for the Dr. to tell my weak frail 85 year old Father to try not eating anything for 24 hours and see if that helps! Wow 😮

Went straght into emergency and 15 min wait..Sometimes can be very busy 4 to 5 hrs wait...

Great medical personnel in the Copper Clinic always feel comfortable when going there.

The compassionate people are few and far between. The nurses especially Brenda on 2C and John the Desk Secretary on 2C were heartless. Coldest care provided for end of life treatment. Absolutely heartbreaking how our Veterans are treated.

They have to learn to be careful with veterans and be aware of triggers.
