I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. They pushed a flooring product that was not appropriate for my home. The installation was a disaster and my flooring is coming up in over six areas now. The flooring lift is expanding more each day. The owner is rude, and my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. They tried to resolve my issue by saying that they can cut into the planks and hide the new grooves with unsightly transition pieces. This will not resolve the fact that this product, sold to me as capable of withstanding water, animal urine etc, actually will ruin if moisture comes into contact with it. A LICENSED contractor came to look at the flooring and told me that it was gross negligence for the company to install this flooring in the high moisture areas of my home - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, pool entrance..... I now have to sue them in Civil court. Please do yourself a favor, call someone else. Do not and i mean do not trust these men with your floor and your hard earned money. The end result cost me almost $6,000 more than the initial bid bc the flooring that was sold to me also as " you will not have to pull up your existing tile"..... well that was a lie and my tile had to be removed. The installer said the salesman never should have told me that i did not have to remove my tiles. this caused delays and an added expense - all for a floor that is coming apart after barely 3 months of being in my home. If you use this company then I wish you luck!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Scott is awesome! He is the one who came to our house to show us flooring and get us set up with everything. He explained everything and answered all of our questions we had. He knows just about everything there is to know about flooring. Then the crew who came out "Carlos and Hector" were just as amazing as Scott. They treated our home with care and respect while working. Their work is just outstanding, we could not be happier with the way our new floors look. The best servicemen I have ever had in my home. If you need flooring do not call anyone else but these guys. Thank you Scott, Carlos and Hector!

Scott and his team were very helpful in providing detailed information on the floor products selected. The installation was professional and the floor looks like it was made for the property. Everything was as expected. Highly recommend Scott and his team.
