I've been with Chris for 20+ years with multiple cars, building insurance, and an umbrella policy. I've had nothing but great experience. He is personable, professional, and immediately available. I can't recommend him more highly. We like State Farm as a carrier - am frankly afraid after hearing horror stories about the cut-rate policies.

I usually don't review people, but I spoke with Chris once and he seemed nice. I tried calling once but no answer, then did an online quote and I spoke to him after that and he said he would try to get my info from my state farm agent in Texas. After that, I never heard back from him and have left several messages trying to continue the quoting process.
I recommend trying geico instead. Got a great quote in minutes. Hate to leave state farm, but customer service at the quoting process is indicative of what it will be like in the event of a claim.
