The staff here was amazing!!! They took such great care of my brother. Any time my brother had questions or concerns we would address and they would resolve immediately. All the staff was caring and treated my brother with professionalism, care and respect. My brother has had medical issues for 7+ years and he said this has been the best place ever, he got treated amazing!!! Huge kudos and special thanks to Christine M. (Social Services) Maria, Yvonne, Maria Luz, Helen, Christina, Fatima, Dani, Maria (nurses) Luz, John (Therapist)

1) An attempt was made to steal my money, credit card, and cell phone by direct care staff.
2) My oxygen line was sliced. My personal property was damaged. (Phone charger)
3) Upon arrival, the case management lady made numerous promises that were never kept. Thereafter, she completely ignored me.
4) Staff would yell at me. They were verbally abusive.
5) The place is a lock-up. Residents are generally not allowed to leave the facility until final discharge.
