I don't know if they were just having a bad day or what but no one seemed to know what they were doing and service was very slow. After the movie they never turned the lights back up, either. And my pretzel was burnt. At least I didn't hear the movie next door like you sometimes do in other theaters. That's a plus.

Movie was crowded as it was, but the concession stand took far to long, I must've missed 1/3 of the movie in concession stand trips, between the long lines and the slow employees, it really was a struggle. I considered posting again with 0 stars but, I do know this was an isolated occurrence, my daughter dropped her soda in the restroom, we cleaned it btw, and I went back to the concession, stood in line again, and expressed to them what happened, crumpled cup and all, and they would not refill her drink, I couldn't believe my ears! I had to rebuy her drink, I mean this is ridiculous, other than that it was a great experience

This mall is closed, but Harkins is as good as ever, with the bonus of a $7 price for all movies, all the time! What a super find! Everything else is the same as all the other wonderful Harkins throughout the valley. First rate movies, too. Loving it

This threatre is aging and the quality of this threatre is declining. Just saw a movie 5/1/22, and it's been a couple years since I've been back here. It was about 100 degrees outside and the threatre ac couldn't keep the lower level from feeling warm. The snack bars were staffed and it didn't long to get food. The place is clean. Just the neighborhood is a little sketch but all movies are $7 which is a great price.

It was clean, staff were very friendly and not very busy. Family had a great time seeing Sonic 2. My only complaint is the uneven floor by the gaming area is not thought out, it's a very dangerous trip hazard for multiple reasons, as well as the 2 steps that you can trip down in the same area as they blend with the carpet.
We did get a few posters for the kids thanks to the ticket counter guy on the way out.
