The employees who weigh your goods act as if they are bothered to do their job. If you ask them a question, they will not respond or communicate to you what they are doing when they move your stuff on and off the scales. We tried speaking to them in English and Spanish, no response. They don't want you to see the weight of your goods. There is a very sketchy guy living on the property, hoarding junk. The worst thing was, when we went to the office to get paid, we were told that they did not have any cash, that they were waiting for the owner to come back from the bank. We waited over an hour to get paid!! We had no choice, they had already thrown our cans and scrap metal into large bins without telling us they had no money.
I know it's a scrap yard, but a little professionalism is not out of the question.
