Terrible experience dealing with Russell. He agreed to sell us a unit and then backed out of the sale. Ignored several attempts to reach him via emails, texts, and calls. Never had the decency to call back or answer any attempts.

Worst experience ever. I would go in to detail more but this really isn't worth much more of my time. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company. The guy was so rude and he told us we were annoying for asking basic questions like what the length of the forks were on one of the fork lifts. I can't make this up...I've never in my life experience someone so rude in a professional setting. Mind you we have rented from this place a few times already. We left and rented right down the street at Arnold Machinery and they were so awesome and accommodating. They are only a few blocks away from this place. Not sure how this place is still on business if they treat their repeat customers this way.
