Door was getting stuck. The hinges are off but instead of fixing it, maintenance shaved off paint and wood from the frame, which they left on my floor, and the door still does not close

Management is absolutely terrible and will tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you to move in. The truth is it's a horrible place to live and you can never find parking inside the gated community. My daughter dealt with mold issues as well as maintenance issues throughout her two years. Never receiving a response back from management when things went wrong.

I toured the property and I really liked the property. It was nice and maintained. Giovann the property manager took the extra time to explain a little more detail of the leasing process and all the resident activities they do. Highly recommend this place and Giovann and her staff.

Great Location
Nice neighbors for the most part
Key Walking distance for many amenities
The biggest drawback to this place by far is the so-called management staff
Careful with these bureaucrats!
They will attempt to jack around with you ANY chance they get
They have a long contract with a lot of bogus details in it that they will try to snare you with when it suits them,
They will also speak to you in a demeaning tone insisting that its your fault
The misfit toy management people are unable to take responsibility in their follies & you get to pay the price for their sterile mood.
This place would be 5 star without these Clowns mucking things up
But now with the added stress these goons will try to cause, plus the hectic parking situation, this place now settles for a soupy 3star ehh~
