This is the worst place ever. They lie to people. They charge five times the amount that other places charge. Do not use this place. You will be waiting years to get your floor fixed. They are the worst company ever

Our installers damaged our bathtub and toilet and also put a hole in our week old couch. They completely cracked my bathroom vanity and tried to hide it with caulking and paint. We've contacted customer service a dozen times and always get the response that they will get back to us. One of the installers also brought his wife/girlfriend so I just had a random woman hanging around my house for part of the day. Do not use this company.

The whole process was so easy! From getting a quote and picking a flooring option, to scheduling the installation, to the actual installation itselfeverything was a breeze! Also, my installer did a great job and kept on schedule easily. I was so impressed with his workmanship and professionalism. We love our new floors and could not be happier!
