Love united beauty! Every location I've been to the all of the employees have been super informative and super nice. This day I for a shorter straight platinum blond drawstring pony and some nail accessories . competively priced and quality products . not as extensive of a selection as far as wigs or braid in hair as the other location I've been too but still had a decent variety non the less. !

I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience today at this United beauty. Karmen assisted me and she exceeded my expectations for customer service! It is very comforting to get wonderful customer service, especially when going through medical treatment with hair loss. Karmen was also very wonderful with my nine-year-old daughter today. I feel that people should be recognized when they exceeded customer service expectations! Thank you Karmen and we will be back soon!
I come back a few months later and my expectations again were exceeded by amazing customer service! The manager, Kaitlyn was so wonderful and took time with me. Its so nice to have really great smiling people in your life while going through treatment. I appreciate Karmen and Kaitlyn so very much for their kindness and wonderful customer service skills!
