A safe space to train and prepare for the unexpected. The passion the trainers have for teaching others to protect themselves is something beautiful and rare. They truly love what they do and deeply care that you walk out of their studio knowing how to protect yourself in ANY situation. This is not your average self defense class. If you want to learn to protect yourself, Reality Defense Training is the place to go.

I've been a student of Reality Defense for the past 6 months and I can honestly say this is one of the most comprehensive, effective and dynamic defensive training schools I've found. Troy and his team are insightful, patient and make sure the methodology is grounded in real world application. I couldn't recommend Reality Defense enough to build confidence in any situation for men or women.

I own a business where I am often meeting "strangers" (prospective clients) in their homes, and I'm a petite woman so I always worry about different "what if" scenarios and wanted to be in control and learn how to successfully defend myself in the event something ever happened. I found Reality Defense Training online and I called and spoke with Kristie and she answered all my questions and seemed so interested in making sure to educate and prepare me for the training ahead.
Such a great facility and self defense series! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I can only give 5 stars but I would give more if I could, so deserved! Kristie is such a great coach and takes the time to make sure you get the training down and at the scenarious she's right there in your corner to support you. Troy (owner) is always there to help answer questions or run through "what if" scenarious and give real life perspective.
Then, there was the scenarios at the end... kinda like a test to make sure you remember what you learned in the previous weeks, I LOVED IT!!!! Frank is an amazing "attacker," and coach as you're working through. He makes sure you actually get to perform the moves you've practiced in training (with modifications for safety, of course), but it gives you a real perspective on the human body and what it can tolerate and what it takes to defend yourself if you're ever attacked.
Thank you so much for this experience Kristie, Troy and Frank and if you're thinking of going here and reading this... this is your sign, just do it. You won't be disappointed.
