I appreciate the staff, Raquel, for showing me the property and a specific apartment. She was helpful, informative, and professional. The property is very well maintained and in a great location. The price is right. I’m hoping to get to live there when I move to Arizona.

Also I love your lifestyle here. by the way, my favorite singer is Jason Derulo, my other favorite is Ariana Grande and my favorite R&B singer is Usher. Related to what I have said in my last review, I would like to visit you folks sometime.

SO disappointed in this place. I first sent a request to view the property back in November and spoke to Sabrina. We agreed on a time to come tour Santa Rosa on a weekend, but when I got there, she told me there weren't any 2bed units we could see and could only show us the grounds. She then tried to pressure us into signing a lease without seeing the unit itself, which we were hesitant to do. The property was very small and pretty outdated, but we liked the price and wanted to know when a 2bed unit would be available for us to see in person. She told us there was one available December 1st and another available December 21st. Either one worked for our timeline and she agreed to show us the 12/1 unit as soon as it was ready.
Well, I never heard back from her. Ever. I emailed her again with no response. I called her 12/1 and she told me that the unit still hadn't been cleaned yet due to maintenance issues and she would let me know as soon as it was ready. I waited another week, with no call. I emailed them again with no response. Every time I called after, it went to voicemail and none of my voicemails were returned. Their website no longer showed 12/1 as available, but 12/21 was still showing available so I'm not sure why I was ignored like that. But honestly, based on the maintenance issues and garbage communication they offer, I'm really glad I didn't sign a lease here like Sabrina initially tried to pressure us into doing.

Cameron is the maintenance guy at Santa Rosa and he is fantastic. Cameron is friendly, polite and professional. Cameron is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I absolutely love him. Cameron makes sure to take care of you right away regardless of what your problem is. Cameron definetly deserves a raise for as hard as he works.
