      image Century 21 just wants your money. They seem friendly and nice... until the owner wants to sell the house you are renting and then the company tries to charge you thousands to get the home ready for sell.... NO THANK YOU. If you are renting, please make sure you are well informed before getting into contracts with these people.

      Hi! We tried looking you up in the system, but did not get a name match. As property managers, we don't have the authority to tell the owner of a home not to sell. It's the owner's decision. Nor can we charge you thousands to get the home ready to sell.If you were charged this, there is a 30 day period where you can submit a dispute of the charges in writing (we will accept email too!). We are happy to discuss this with you. Your property manager should have stated as much, as well as the information is on the security deposit receipt.
