Management there don't do things properly. They intimidate tenants all the time and charge for anything. They are always going inside residents properties to see what can they find to charge extra fees. When they take residents to court and the resident owns the mobile home they try everything to keep the mobile home so the resident won't sell it. Also, after the constable lock the mobile home residents have 21 days after the lock out. Management make excuses and don't let them in to get their belongings. They tell residents they can't come back.

They are shady af
I bought a movil home from them
And 9 months later wen i went to sell the house
The manager kept on making excuses and
Telling my buyers that i didn't own the house
But i had the title
Wen i went to transfer the title to my buyer
I found out that they had an extra title on ther name they got a new title on the house wen
I notified the manager of the sale
Lucky i had all of my paper work in line
And now im in the proces of puting them all in JAIL for fraud
