People are friendly, but I don't understand why the drive thru is so frequently closed! Why bother having it if it can't be used! Needed to make a deposit which would have taken less than 5 minutes, but instead had to park the car, get the walker out of the car go inside, stand in line, finally get to the window and get back to the car 30 minutes later! How can that possibly be considered good customer service or good use of your facility? Hire enough help!!

friendly service is shown at all times, recommended. although with the bank's past reputation, it doesn't deserve 5 stars; but it's still not bad.
