My husband and I recently purchased our first home and knew we were going to need roof repairs for the flat and tile portion. We got 4-5 different quotes from various companies in the valley. Most were overpriced, no follow up, and not one of them actually went up on the roof to see the problem. Our last call was to Sunvek. Ben came out, fully prepared, took pictures, went on the roof and told us if he hadn't been able to get up there that he has a drone to get images. The process with Sunvek was nothing but perfect, the quote was very fairly priced and was completed in a timely manner and the cost did not exceed the quote upon completion. Our flat roof drains properly now, the rotten wood boards, under the tile replaced along with the underlayment & the pigeons have found new homes not on our roof in our vents. Highly recommend Sunvek!
