this place provides great std services/treatment, but because its public there are usually huge lines/wait times, expect to wait an hours when u come in, and, they charge $20 per visit, even if u are returning to get treatment u have to pay the $20 again. Also, not recommended to come in after 2pm. they do not take appointments (walk in only) and theres no phone number to
call and check on wait times. if you arrive after 2pm theres a chance they will turn u away and tell u to come back another day- they only have a few nurses here so they reach capacity quickly. Also, they only treat Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis. They do not treat any other STDs or HIV. Staff is professional and the facilities are REALLY nice and modern.

I came here today for a normal check up, and was in and out quicker than I expected. I received some of the best client service from the nurse or provider who took care of me I believe her name was spelled Tanya . She was gentle, fast and actually made my day. Also I received some of my results in a quick turnaround time!

Everyone is usually very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Results are quick and I usually get in and out within an hour or so

When I checked the website for results. One of the results was missing. Called in to get results. 1st person picked up had to transfer me to someone else. And that person I was transfered to had such a bad attitude. It was obvious that he hates his job. Dude was so sarcastic to any questions I asked. As if I'm automatically suppose to know how things work with this center.
