I have been to this location twice. On my first visit, the staff was not educated on epoxy products. I asked the staff member for rough primer and asked him look up my previously bought items. I told him if he can please match the primer i bought about two weeks ago. He brought out a open box and showed me the. I told his that wasn't it. Then he assured me it was the same one i bought. I went home and called the first location where I bought the primer and explained. He looked at my history and just as i assume it was a different primer.
On both occasions when going into the store the staff was very unpleasant with me but with other customers of a caucasian race they went out of there way to help them. I don't understand why if, I pay with the same currency as everyone else. I would like the manager to review there camera footage in the last month to how customers are treated differently (discriminated) in there store. Thank you.
