spoke to Emily in regards to a 10in 1.25x1.50 metric bolt she said there were "enough" in stock and asked how many I needed so I told her 3 and she put me on hold to confirm they had them after getting the confirmation from her I drove from black canyon highway just leaving the other copper state bolt&nut all the way to this copper state bolt&nut just to find out there's not a single one in stock and they don't even carry that size in that length
Its honestly really disappointing that I was a first time coustomer to this company but due to the inconvenience of having to drive over 20 additional miles, due to being lied to, and due to not shown any sort of sympathy for being told something was in stock only to get there and find out its not only not in stock, but they don't manufacture them or have any availability for them. redicilous , mind blowing, and unaccountable
