My experience seeing Dr. Bernstein today was unfathomably poor. When I called to schedule my appointment, I only told the receptionist about one of two issues I was planning to be seen for because the other one is very personal. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby past my 4:00 appointment time, I was taken back and then waited another 15 minutes before Dr. Bernstein came in. I heard him outside my door, complaining about the fact that I was here to see him about more than one issue, which he did more of once he arrived in the room. I reiterated to Dr. Bernstein that his nurse informed me that I was booked for 15 minutes of his time and deserved to get the full 15 minutes, especially after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, which he did not provide. In fact, he wouldn't even let me bring up the second issue at all and said I would have to come back another time to talk about it. Dr. Bernstein left the room and continued to loudly complain about me which is when I informed him, again, that I could still hear him talking, as he did not shut the door completely. Dr. Bernstein's bedside demeanor was abrasive and belittling. He rushed me and did not properly listen to my needs. I felt from the moment he walked in the room, that all Dr. Bernstein cared about was getting home, and everything I said fell upon deaf ears. Needless to say, I will not be seeing Dr. Bernstein again and do not recommend him.
