I called the location near my home, on 67th ave and Bell rd needing to see if they had any kids snowcone makers in stock and the price. The woman who answered the phone was rude and acted truly annoyed that she had to take my call, she then left me on hold for almost 11 min. I called before 7am on a friday. I know the store was not busy. So I hung up. I then called a location that was on my way home from work, this location at 3rd st and Baseline. Frank answered the phone, he sounded very happy to help me and only took 4 min and 23 seconds from the time i placed the call to the time we hung up and he placed the snowcone maker at the customer service desk for me so I would have a quick pick up after work. I truly appreciate his help. If the first woman at the other location doesnt like helping people then she should get a different job!
