If I can give less then one star I would I paid for a alignment in Sept, with one year warranty. Here it is May and they want to charge me 235.00 to do my alignment. All I want is a alignment nothing else. They will not do it the manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called another Big o and was said it don't matter where I had my truts done the warranty is for alignment. I wouldn't go to this place they just rip you off and lie

So very happy with my brake job! Great customer service and by far the best price! Tom was awesome! Got me in same day I called and got the job done fast! He answered all of my questions and Im very happy with my service! Highly recommend this location for any work!

They were able to get me in at end of day on a Fri Easter weekend. Had nail in tire, unfortunately discount tire was closed due to holiday & had to pay to fix. Well worth it since I had to drive across town with kiddies in car.
