This company is unethical as they charged us for sales tax on the installation of plantation shutters even after I submitted this response from the NJ Department of Taxation: "Assuming the interior plantation shutters are permanently attached (i.e., screwed, nailed or similarly attached) to the building (its removal would cause damage to the premises) and increases the building's capital value or useful life, the installation would result in an exempt capital improvement"
