Woke up to a chilly 42 degrees. Since I had only had my furnace serviced a month ago, I was anticipating a major issue. Turns out Gold Medal Services used the incorrect nozzle which got clogged and why I had no heat. When Kyle , the Coopers Technician removed the exhaust pipe, about 3 cups of ash/yuck poured out. There was another pipe (sorry not a HVAC person) that Kyle cleaned out that also couldn't have been touched during the service by Gold Medal.
I have to add Kyle was at my house within a hour of me calling on a Monday AM.
Knowledgeable Techs, fast service, fair pricing, they won my business. I don;t give five stars easy, but this was easy.

This company has exceptional service.
The service manager was extremely polite and knowledgeable regarding every question I had. I was able to get my heat fixed much faster than expected.

Every single time I have had to call this company to schedule an oil delivery, it has seemed like an inconvenience and annoyance to them. Terrible customer service. They either actively seek out the most miserable employees or (the more likely scenario) is that this is an awful place to work. Either way, we will be getting our oil elsewhere from now on.

Good prices The technician Chris was very knowledgeable. had my furnace running quickly. Would definitely recommend this company for service

Serviced my gas burner, 2 other companies couldnt figure it out. Coopers did! A+ service
