Robert Half is an organization that helps to connect businesses with consulting solutions, full-time professionals, and more. I've had the pleasure to work with them as a client, as a candidate when I first graduated college, and now as an employee. When I first applied for roles at Robert Half upon graduation, the recruiters invited me in for an interview to learn more about what I was looking for, my experience, etc. They were open and honest about whether or not I was a fit for anything and helped to explain what the local market looked like. I didn't find a position through Robert Half because I ended up staying where I was at but would highly recommend utilizing them if you're looking for your next consulting or full-time resource.

Please do not waste your time with this company. They are very unprofessional and you will waste your time.. they will not help you find employment whatsoever. The receptionist is absolutely super rude its ridiculous. I honestly do not know how this is even a job agency company. They are not for the people at all.

I have been working with Morgan K for a years now, she has been great. She's helped he land on person during COVID and has been helping me throughout once my contracts had ended.

This is the most unprofessional nonexistent staffing agency I have ever came across. Ive applied for jobs that I KNOW I am qualified for, yet whenever I do apply I get no response. Getting in contact with someone is like pulling teeth, either they dont answer the phone or I get linked to someones voicemail and they dont respond back. I truly dont know how people are getting jobs from Robert Half.
