Do not recommend. Had the misfortune to interact with Jessica Goodyear. She was rude, condescending and it was clear she did not care about my concerns. Took my business elsewhere. Horrible attitude

I'm a long time customer of Penn Mutual and have multiple family policies. You would think a company holding 3.7 billion in assets would pickup the phone in under and HOUR. Not even close. I've been on hold for 1:09 minutes and counting. This is unacceptable. I definitely will consider moving to Mass Mutual State Farm or simply a company that will pickup.

DAD MADE a policy when I was 6 months. Still in force policy comforting,easy to pay premium, pleasant staff.

DO NOT SIGN ANY POLICY WITH THEM!!!! It’s totally a scam. They hide al the costs of the insurance. You are ending up getting less than what you initially paid into the policy. That’s why they use snake oil salesmen to manipulate you. The con salesmen will do anything for high commissions and will try to convince you to sign exactly those policies with high commissions. Thank god, I didn’t lose a lot and realized the scam early on. I am taking them to the court too.
