My experience at this store has been completely unsatisfactory. Beginning with my delivery. When the delivery people delivered a recliner to my home the manage to scratch the paint on my walls when bringing it in. Due to my delivery being at the end of business day I reported the incident the next morning to the store manager who offered me a free week rental. After two weeks my account was charged and the courtesy week was never deducted and was informed I would not be credited the courtesy week because I returned the chair when I was not under contract for a designated period of time. She was rude unprofessional and often raising her voice when I needed an explanation why my account could not be credited for the courtesy week. Her only resolution was the delivery men could be sent out and paint the scratches. Delivery men are not professional painters! Please avoid this location for rentals. I gave one star because there was not a lower score.
