I am so grateful to the team at Home Instead for the amazing job they did of taking care of my mother in home hospice. I had the comfort of knowing that a dedicated caregiver was always going to be there to attend to her needs. My family and I could not have asked for better.

I have worked for Home Instead Philadelphia for four years. I have had the opportunity to be out in the field with our referral sources and caregivers. I have never met such a dedicated and caring group of individuals. The office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our client and caregivers needs. Our client care coordinators are clinicians and are a wonderful resource for our clients and their families. I feel very fortunate to work with such an amazing team.

Home Instead helped my family out tremendously. We needed care immediately for my mother and they were able to jump into action and get us the care we needed. They also helped in scheduling transportation to/from a doctor's appointment and the aide accompanied my mother. They were very easy to work with, and I genuinely felt like they cared about my mother and her wellbeing. I would highly recommend them.

I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Home Instead over the years. I'm an occupational therapist who provides care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. I've seen first-hand the willingness for their employees to help our patients participate in therapy, maintain safety, and manage any behaviors. Additionally, we have seen a level of compassion and understanding from multiple caregivers that separates them from other agencies I've worked with. I always feel their staff is willing to collaborate with the therapy team which helps provide the best outcomes for the clients/patients. Identifying an agency to provide care for a loved one is never easy and Home Instead really does their best to make this transition and adjustment easy. Also, my experience communicating with Kelly Rostelli in the senior living world is fantastic and I'm super grateful she's helping the Philly area!
