What a difference a management company makes! I moved into the Packard Building after spending a miserable year in a property that was owned by PMC. Unlike PMC, Reinhold seems to care about their tenants' happiness. Upon my arrival I was given a checklist of items to review. Anything that wasn't working properly was addressed within 24 hours. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, and I truly enjoyed being in a building that was dominated by other professionals and graduate students. The amenities also cannot be rivaled. There is a fitness center and wifi with a conference room on the ground floor and also access to the newly renovated gym at the nearby Metropolitan. The on site parking garage is extremely convenient and reasonably priced for the area. Finally, I was incredibly impressed when the management company threw a holiday party for tenants as a way to thank us for our patronage. This was in direct contrast to PMC, where I was treated like a criminal and where my privacy was repeatedly violated by staff who entered my apartment without notifying me and without my permission. I left the Packard building after making the decision to buy a home that is closer to work and where I am able to put down roots with my boyfriend. But if I had to rent in the city again, I would only do so through Reinhold. If you're looking at a PMC property, please spare yourself the trouble and go to Reinhold. You will be so much happier and far better off.

I moved into the Sail Cloth Factory a little under a month ago. Overall, I have been happy with Reinhold Residential. The property managers are very warm, and they are prompt in responding to requests. The reason I did not give them five stars is because there were some problems with my move-in. There was no cable line installed, so I was unable to get internet or cable TV until a week and a half later when Comcast was able to install it. Additionally, the dishwasher did not work at all.  However, from what I understand, these mistakes don't happen often--a lot of changes needed to be made to my apartment in particular before I moved in, and I guess it wasn't checked thoroughly enough. In the future, I hope they will make it protocol to check for cable lines and that everything is working. The management has been very helpful in trying to fix these mistakes, and although the move-in was a bit rocky, I think I will be very happy with the rest of my time here.
