This place is so racist. I had a package sent from a store to be picked up at this pharmacy. After providing my license and identifying the brand on the package prior to seeing it, the cashier refused to give me my package. His exact words were your address on your license does not match this package so I cannot give it to you. Obviously the package was addressed to the pharmacy and not my own home so the address would not match. I do not live at the pharmacy.
He then proceeded to say that if I had the confirmation number I could use that to verify my package. I showed him the confirmation number and that the address on the package matched the address of the store on my phone. The cashier then snatched my phone out of my hand and starts going through my order details in my email and reviewing the items I purchased and other details non related to the confirmation number.
I took my phone back from the cashier and demanded for my package because I provided more than enough information and that it was not necessary for him to review what I purchased. Now his manager comes to the front and says that he is holding my ID and package because they dont match the address on the package. After 10 mins of back and forth w the manage he finally gave me my package. Never again and do not recommend patronizing this place. Sucks since its local
