Penn Fertility was so good to me! There isnt sufficient words I can use to thank Dr. ONeill and the other staff there. They showed kindness and were very straightforward with me during every step. I would advise anyone looking for help to try this facility. After all there help i can thankfully say I have a beautiful set of twin babies!

I cannot say enough good things about Penn Fertility. The staff are AMAZING, they're always there for you when you have a question or concern, and they are easy to get in touch with. I am super thankful for them.

UPENN Fertility has been a nightmare dealing with. I have been trying to have an issue resolved for YEARS! I sent in all paperwork as well as documents that were needed. I spoke to one of the doctors who told me not to worry about the bill because the issue was taken care of. Well, today I received an email with a new bill. This is fraudulent billing. I was told I would receive no future bills. I was told that my issue was taken care of. It is a disgrace how this department has handled this situation. I had to choose one star. It would not let me post with 0 stars.

Well from reading the majority of the reviews with similar issues from different people I wont be coming here! Maybe this business should read there reviews because having reviews like the ones I see are not good.

i had the best experience at Penn Fertility Care in 3701 market street. The staffs there always make me feel welcomed. Although my assigned Dr. was Dr.Gracia, I saw different doctors, and they're all very good - i think they all work in a team, so you dont really technically have a designated doctor. When I had questions, the nurses always answered my questions within the next day. When I had emergency question, the fellow on call always call me back in 20 minutes. Never had issue with front desk person or customer service person either (except for our first appointment where one of the front desk woman was really rude and arrogant, but havent seen her since our first appointment). They seem to be always fully staffed, so all of my visit were super quick and easy each time. I am definitely coming back here again for my second IVF!
