I had a 4pm appointment at Liberty Tax Service on 6100 block of Ridge Ave. When I arrived, the building was vacant... Liberty Tax Service is no longer there. When I initially called for the appointment I was not told they moved and was not given the updated address... wherever they are.

I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided. The lady who did my taxes asked when the state of New York can process the money owed out of bank account. I stated April 9th. It’s March 30th and the money was taken out. First, that’s unprofessional to give me false information as to when the IRS will be taking money out of my account. Second, i haven’t even received my refund from the state. I’m never returning to this location and i would never recommend this location to anyone.

They are the best hands down. Everyone there is super nice and super intelligent. I have recommended Shaun to everyone I know!! Just go there , youll be glad you did!
