If I could give zero stars I would. These people have been the absolute worse since move in. Imagine being in a property for over 10 years and constantly requesting the same things in THEIR property to be fixed. From major plumbing issue to moldy basements. They are horrible at upkeeping any of their properties (I have a lot of family that also rents with them). They are the true definition of Slumlords. I find it so strange that they never want to fix any of their properties but insist on raising rent to keep their pockets full. Please, whatever you do -- there are better agencies out there to go through to rent. I'm saving you all a headache.

The agent who handles Property management is unprofessional, and irresponsible to their client.

These people cannot properly write contracts. Read everything before you sign. They do not respond to emails in a timely or professional manner. They don't respond to phone calls. They texted my roommate asking her for a deposit that wasn't in our lease. Save yourself the time and money, rent from someone else.
