The best gift shop ever in Goleta. Celebrating an anniversary with my girlfriend, I bought a can of candies and a bottle of honey, they offered me a free gift of chocolate and cookies, and also printed my girlfriend's name on the ribbon. The ribbon and the chocolate were free, and they are the nicest I have ever known. Strongly recommended for anyone who wants to get a gift for their important ones.

SB Gift Baskets is amazing!!!!! I called with a last minute ask for an overnight delivery for a friend doing a BBQ, as a way to thank him and The team made it actually happen.  The customer service, the attention to detail, the rush to overnight, and everything in between makes this place my new go to.  They made me look good and I will share their name with everyone I know! Everything is great until something goes wrong.
You know the integrity of a company in how they handle problems.
I placed an order. I never received it. Their solution is tor me to reorder and pay for expedited shipping.
I was not the one who shipped the product. I have no recourse. Im just out the gift I ordered and paid for.
Like I said customer service is so important. And you know the company your dealing with when something goes wrong!!!

Still one of my favorite spots for the ultimate in gift-giving. And here it is my second Christmas season relying on them for gift ideas.This cute little shop is always buzzing with the creation of their many specialty gift baskets. And always chock full of all types of made-in-Santa-Barbara items to make each gift basket even more special. I always find something new whenever I stop in. With their location right in the heart of Old Town Goleta, and plenty of parking all around them, their staff is always helpful in making sure each gift basket is special.Thank you to Coruna for helping make some serious gift basket decisions today. With this being the busy Christmas season, their wait time for specialty gift baskets can be up to a week . . . so plenty of time right now. They also have some pre-made gift baskets ready to go, which is always appreciated.
