I called about services that I already paid for and they keep telling me that they are waiting for a part, so I called back the next week asking for a refund and the representative said that she is not allowed to make that decision and that I should call back to speak with the owner. Now today I call back and the guy places me on hold and Ive been waiting on hold for like 30 minutes now.

I went to this shop to repair a few scratches on my back bumper and wheel molding. When I received the quote, I asked Frank, how long does a job like this typically take? To which he replied, well, if you bring it on Wednesday Ill have it ready by Friday. Initially, I thought this estimated date was a bit overzealous, but I trusted his judgement. I called on Friday to follow-up and there were no status updates. All I was told was that they were backed up and the painter is out sick. I was instructed that my car would be done Monday and that I should call then. Monday comes and I call again with an update that my car is in line to be painted and wont be ready until Tuesday. Im frustrated because now it is Tuesday and Ive been on hold for an hour waiting for a status update. This is unacceptable considering that I asked them UPFRONT how long they might need for the repair. If this job was going to take more than two days, I would have been fine knowing this ahead of time so that I could arrange transportation to and from work. I dont care if the job was going to take a weekits the blatant lies that are really disheartening. Id also like to note that I know for a fact that repairs werent started on my car until two days after I dropped it off (Mercedes app will notify me when doors/trunk are open). This means that they knew they would not be able to make repairs in a timely manner when the car was dropped off. I could have simply got the repairs at a later time rather than allow my car to sit in an overcrowded lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. I also plan on following up with corporate.
