Communication from office is a nightmare. Didn't have a dryer for almost 2 months. Missed several days of work trying to get it fixed. Will change if reimbursed

Currently going on day 11 of no working dryer. Waiting on a jammed motor to be addressed. Also been waiting +8 months for a working oven. Was told by maintenance that an order would be sent out but no updates thus far.
Currently waiting on another visit, but the maintenance hotline can only do so much. Had I not gone down to the building myself and left a note, I dont believe I would have received help in the first place. At least in a timely manner. Willing to change my review once repairs are made.

I submitted a maintenance request a month ago for my dishwasher. They came out to my house and said they would order a new one for me since they couldnt fix it. The office knows nothing about my problem. They wont even provide an explanation as to why they havent returned. Here is my lovely dishwasher mold growing farm!

Havent had a working AC in 13 months and liss property group claims Im on a list to get it fixed. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not provide any sort of compensation for not having an AC for now 2 summers. Would not recommend moving to any of their locations.
