Definitely consistent with the other reviews! This has to be the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Unorganized, bad communicators, and lack of any type of persistence. I tried to get a lease for a property from this company for 6 months and they kept saying it was coming until eventually they just stopped answering the phones. They left us scrambling to find an alternative place to live. All they care about is getting the application fee from you. Absolutely pitiful company. Please stay far away from these guys and dont give your business to them!

Scammers. Will ghost you quicker than that one night stand..
I saw an apartment on Zillow, and went to view it in this building. 4700Kingseesing- Unit 308.
Ana Neil - the leasing agent showed me around.
All in all its a beautiful building, basement a bit creepy (laundry room).
I applied on Tuesday, was told it take 24-48 hours for the background check to come through.
I called Wednesday for a follow up because I check the box to receive a copy of my credit check that it went through. Was told that building management would need to approve me. And I would find out by tomorrow.
Thursday( today) called 3 times, no answer.
All they want is your application fee. Stay away from this company, they do not know how to run a business. Other reviews reflect the same bad habits.

Stay far, far away from these monsters. The property mangers (3 new ones over the course of a one-year lease!) at turns harassed us/violated the terms of our lease, apologized for the last manager's behavior and then continued to violate the terms of our lease. They entered our apartment multiple times without asking/notifying. They didn't attend to significant property damages, e.g. sewage spewing into our basement for months at a time. They deducted money from our deposit without providing an itemized list or receipt. Honestly, I wish we would have taken them to small claims court. If you ever see Nicole Mejia or Guy Laren on a listing, RUN from that property because they're Constellar-affiliated.
