      image The esthetician is always super nice. However, Ive gotten 8 sessions of laser and the hair doesnt seem to go away. Tried contacting them to see my options, and all I was told was to keep going and spending almost 200 dollars every 6 weeks until I see results. Unacceptable. No customer service at all and no care for the customers complaints.

      Hi Ximena ,I'm so sorry to hear that you are frustrated with your treatment. Please keep in mind that the average total number of treatments ranges from 6 - 12 , sometimes more. Some clients start seeing great results within a few treatments, while others may need several treatments before noticing significant reduction. Please reconsider scheduling a follow-up appointment with your esthetician to discuss your concerns.
