Septyan was very nice and gave me excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised. He was respectful, patient, polite and was happy to answer my questions. He communicated to me as if we met before, just really a great
person! The other members in the branch were nice as well, I just didnt grab their names, but overall I was surprised with the professionalism at this branch due to its location/city.

This place is better off shutting down!!! How you got 2 employees but neither are bank tellers so you cant physically cash your check at this location! They just keep saying sorry no workers well close down until you get some! Or atleast update the site that inside banking isnt available, ppl wasting time going inside to be told that!

I absolutely HATE this location. 1-2 times a week their system is down. It seems like all the employees are incompetent. Very unhelpful, and gives me the run around too often. The manager is creepy, and does not respect personal space. Even when you decline her offer for help she still pushes and if you decide to give in to her help odds are she'll end up not being helpful. Not to mention she's loud. The girl who seemed to be the youngest at this branch lied to me, telling me that a new card would be sent to me within 1-2 business days. A week later I still hadn't received my card so I went into the branch again only to find out that a card was never sent out. There was one helpful employee by the name of Sheldon Angel who did his best to try to help me but ultimately couldn't help me because they claimed the card machine was not working. I went back in today only to be told by one the female employees that a card is on the way and she refused to check the status of the card machine. I'm pretty sure they're unsure on whether they sent me a new card or not. I'm convinced that the employees at this location have no idea how to do their jobs. "Fake it till you make it" persona. Due to the incompetence here I'm not able to pay certain bills. Thanks for nothing.
