Rented a place for about 10 years - great location (Fairmount) and apartment. Allison and her people were prompt when any issues arose. Security Deposit process was discussed prior to move out and went smoothly. Would highly recommend using.

Great space in the city! THE perfect location, with 20 minute loading zones for visitors -- and a fabulous coffee shop right across the street. I highly recommend leasing your space here!

Rented a space at the Foremost building for 6 years. Great space, very convenient to everything we needed and a very reasonable rent. Management took care of our requests over the years and were especially helpful as our time there was winding down which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend renting there. You'll find a variety of tenants....all very nice people.

You will not get your security deposit back. We did everything we were supposed to, deep cleaned the apartment, filled and sanded any holes, painted the right color, replaced light bulbs, took out all trash, cleaned out storage in the basement, showed zero balance on all utilities. But still lost 70% of our security deposit.
