Loft has always been my go-to for stylish and flattering attire as a fairly new young professional. I'm not exaggerating when I mention that I will have my shopping cart lined up typically online, which leads to my review:
I had ordered this dress online from Loft recently during a 50% sale in hopes that it would arrive on time for an event that I had, only to see it would arrive late. Luckily, it's so convenient to have this location in University City for my own personal reasons as well as the university/professional clientele, and the dress was in stock. So I went to try it on (in the last closing hour, mind you) in the size I ordered, too big. No biggie, the smaller sizes fit perfectly.
I talk to Nikea about my situation, and ask if there was a chance we can do a price match since I needed this dress sooner. Nikea clarified I couldn't do a price match unless I had the dress I ordered with me, but understood my situation and was amazing in that she helped me figure out how to get the best deal possible when the prices were cheaper online if I were to order and pick it up in the store than shop "in person" (since Loft ALWAYS has a promo, but the 50% off recently ended), and then return the larger dress. She also mentioned that once I get the larger dress, I could still do the price match for the 50% deal (the cheapest) as long as I kept the tag intact. In the closing hour, she allowed me to put my order in online, and put everything together so nicely for me and we had a lovely conversation while we waited for everything to process. It was fantastic. And, as always, I ended up with an additional two new blouses, for the better deal, all which helped me save around $25 than if I were to purchase in the store rather than the online-pick-up-order.
Nikea went above and beyond in helping me in my situation, and I continue look forward to seeing her and this Loft location regularly in the future :)
